1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the RocketBux platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RocketBux is a Web3 quest and rewards platform that allows users ("Participants") to discover projects and complete quests on social media platforms. Participants may earn rewards for successfully completing and verifying quests.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account & Social Profiles

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
Social media accounts linked to RocketBux must be owned by you.
Each social media account may only be linked to one RocketBux account.
Accounts must meet minimum quality requirements (profile picture, minimum post count, minimum follower count, minimum account age).

5. Quests & Rewards

Rewards are credited upon successful verification of quest completion.
Rewards may be subject to a hold period for quality assurance.
RocketBux reserves the right to adjust reward amounts, availability, and quest parameters at any time.
Unfollowing, unliking, or undoing quest actions after verification may result in reward forfeiture and trust score penalties.

6. Trust Score & Enforcement

Each participant has a trust score that reflects reliability. Violations such as undoing verified actions result in score penalties. Accounts falling below the minimum trust threshold may be permanently suspended.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Using bots, automation, or fake accounts.
Attempting to manipulate or exploit the verification system.
Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions.
Any activity that violates the terms of service of connected social media platforms.

8. Withdrawals

Participants may request withdrawal of available rewards. RocketBux supports cryptocurrency withdrawals (USDT TRC20, USDT BEP20, TRX). Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times may apply.

9. Termination

RocketBux reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or abuse of the platform.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. RocketBux does not guarantee the availability of quests, reward amounts, or uninterrupted access to the platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RocketBux shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
